In current market, Luxurious packaging box is all made in three-dimension box type, which occupies large space, causes high cost and easily get deformed and damaged when being squeezed during transport. Aiming at this situation, after long-term market research and referring to customers, practical demand , our technical R&D department proposed the designed idea that two side surfaces of the box is made flexible, and developed SW-ZDH-700 automatic collapsible box making machine. This folding box making machine uses servo driving, photoelectric detecting , servo positioning, servo pasting and other new technologies as well. It can finish the process of paper feeding, gluing, board feeding, positioning, folding and box-forming automatically. Folding box made by this machine, occupies 80% less space than three-dimension box, not only greatly save transport cost, but also avoid getting deformed and damaged. It’s the most effective solution for packaging box manufacturers’ transition and upgrading, collapsible box maker has achieved 3-link board and 5-link board wings box.
