During the 19th China-ASEAN Expo, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the National Federation of Industry and Commerce, and undertaken by the Department of Commerce of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Federation of Industry and Commerce of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the "National Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP) series of special topics Training for SMEs" was successfully held in Nanning, Guangxi on September 17. Chen Ning, the first-level inspector of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Commerce, mobilized the opening of the special training for small and medium-sized enterprises, conveyed the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on high-quality implementation of RCEP, and introduced the work carried out by the Ministry of Commerce in implementing relevant deployments. And put forward suggestions and requirements on how SMEs can make better use of the RCEP agreement.
This national RCEP series of special training is mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide, and more than 8,600 representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises from various provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country participated in the training offline and online. The training content includes RCEP overall situation and main content introduction, RCEP goods trade market access and interpretation of rules of origin, RCEP service trade, investment market access commitments and interpretation of rules, opportunities, challenges and suggestions faced by relevant industries in my country, etc. Up to now, the national RCEP series of special training has successfully held 13 training sessions, covering all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the country, and has carried out several special trainings in key industries, with a total of nearly 400,000 enterprise representatives participating in the training.
