Help enterprises make good use of the preferential tariffs in RCEP and other free trade agreements to reduce the cost of import and export. The fourth is to support the development of new formats. Innovate the cross-border e-commerce customs supervision model to achieve precise supervision and fast customs clearance. Support the development of new formats such as market procurement trade and bonded maintenance.
