From May 9th to 11th, the "Second National RCEP Series Special Training" sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce was held in the form of online live broadcast. Chen Ning, the first-level inspector of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Commerce, mobilized the opening of the second special training, conveyed the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the high-quality implementation of RCEP, introduced the work carried out by the Ministry of Commerce in implementing relevant deployments, and put forward suggestions and requirements on how enterprises can make better use of the RCEP agreement.
The second phase of RCEP series special training is mainly for enterprises in 7 provinces, regions and municipalities including Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi Province, and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The training content includes RCEP overall situation and main content introduction, RCEP goods trade market access and interpretation of rules of origin, RCEP service trade, investment market access commitments and interpretation of rules, opportunities, challenges and suggestions faced by relevant industries in my country, etc.
