The Ministry of Commerce officially launched the national RCEP series special training

 On April 11, the "National RCEP Series Special Training" sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and focusing on enterprises was officially launched, and the first special training was held. Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy International Trade Representative Wang Shouwen delivered an opening speech for the first special training.


  Wang Shouwen said that holding the national RCEP series of special training is an important measure of the Ministry of Commerce to implement the deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on high-quality implementation of RCEP and strengthening RCEP publicity and training for enterprises. The Ministry of Commerce attaches great importance to this work, formulated a detailed work plan, invited relevant ministries, industry associations and other authoritative experts to give lectures, improved enterprises' ability to understand and apply the agreement, guided enterprises to make good use of the agreement's preferential policies, enhanced their ability to participate in international competition and cooperation, actively explored the RCEP regional market, and participated in the integrated development of regional industrial chain supply chains at a deeper level.


  The first RCEP series special training was held from April 11th to 13th through online live broadcast, mainly for enterprises in 8 western provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities including Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Tibet, Gansu, Qinghai, and Xinjiang. The training content includes RCEP overall situation and main content introduction, RCEP goods trade market access and interpretation of rules of origin, RCEP service trade, investment market access commitments and interpretation of rules, opportunities, challenges and suggestions faced by relevant industries in my country, etc.


  The national RCEP series of special training preparations have been actively supported by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Machinery Industry Federation, China National Textile and Apparel Council, China National Light Industry Council, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, China Chamber of Commerce for import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, China Chamber of Commerce for import and Export of Foodstuffs and Native Animals.
