The leading group has an office (located in the Municipal Bureau of Statistics), and the directors of the office are concurrently held by comrades Ruan Dacheng and Zhu Jinglei.
In the future, if there is any change in the deputy leader, members and office director of the leading group, their unit will take over as a natural substitute for the leader.
The leading group is not a municipal government deliberation and coordinating body, and will be canceled automatically after the task is completed.
