At the same time, it is particularly important for employees to have various emergency rescue skills and the ability to deal with emergencies. In order to improve employees' ability to handle emergencies and emergency rescue skills, provide all-round services to customers, and further implement employee care, recently, ABC Jinan Free Trade Zone Sub branch invited 120 emergency center staff to carry out training on emergency rescue safety knowledge for employees.
The training content covers four minutes of emergency rescue for cardiac arrest, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Heimlich first aid method, simple trauma dressing and other rescue contents. The staff carefully studied and carried out practical drills, experienced the basic rescue process firsthand, improved the emergency response capability, laid a good foundation for ensuring the rescue of customers and employees in their own emergencies, and made the service of ABC more "warm".
This training is based on the principle of "being able to understand and learn". First aiders go to all outlets within their jurisdiction to use "small class" teaching to help employees master basic emergency rescue skills.
