With the last roof concrete pouring, the main structure of the Nansha International Trade Center, one of Guangzhou's key projects, was fully capped on Nov 1.
The 158-meter project is located at the tip of Lingshan Island in Nansha district and covers a land area of about 12,562 square meters. It consists of one 32-storey tower building, one 3-storey podium building, as well as one 3-storey basement (partially 2-storey).
The project integrates functional areas like international trade offices, comprehensive service halls, international conference centers, energy stations, and foreign-related headquarters of supporting businesses.
It aims to build an industrial building with an orientation towards the foreign-related service industry, which will develop into a top business office and social function space for enterprises and people.
In addition, it plans to create a development platform for foreign-related enterprises, which will be the first stop for foreign capital and enterprises to settle in Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone in the near future.
