The company's main business is silicon carbide-based power semiconductor devices. Its main products are automotive-grade power and industrial-grade power modules, which are widely used in the field of new energy vehicle host drive and photovoltaic, wind energy, energy storage and other fields. At present, the company's silicon carbide power modules have been used in a variety of mass-produced new energy vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz Smart from 2022, and exported to the European market. At the same time, Core Energy has also entered the supply chain of multiple car companies, including local car companies in Guangdong.
At present, Xinjueng has received orders for 11 main engine drive silicon carbides for 11 new energy models that have been finalized by multiple car companies. In 2021, Xinjueng Semiconductor also invested in the establishment of "Guangdong Xinyueeng Semiconductor Co., Ltd." to establish a 6-inch/8-inch car-grade silicon carbide chip production line. The project will provide host-driven silicon carbide chips for new energy vehicles and provide core chips for the new energy field. At present, a series of products are forming an agglomeration ecology of the whole industry chain of the third-generation semiconductor chip.

At present, Guangzhou has built an integrated circuit industrial park covering an area of about 1.97 square kilometers, covering the upstream silicon carbide single crystal substrate manufacturing, the midstream link chip manufacturing, and the downstream application end represented by the automobile industry, initially forming an integrated circuit industry ecology lock up.
