Strengthen guidance and support for projects, jointly incubate a number of "small and beautiful" projects with good economic and social benefits, and support foreign trade enterprises in Fujian Province to "group together to go overseas" and participate in international cooperation.
To give full play to Fujian's advantages and characteristics, the "Notice" proposes to actively expand the business underwriting of new foreign trade formats, connect China, Indonesia, and China and the Philippines with the construction of "two countries and two parks", and jointly try to explore new cooperation models under the barter trade and intermediary models. Support Service foreign trade innovation. Support enterprises exporting to Taiwan (including Taiwan-funded enterprises) to make full use of the functions of policy-based financial instruments to ensure the safety of foreign exchange receipts from exports, and continue to promote cross-strait economic and trade cooperation and exchanges.
In addition, the "Notice" also proposes that in combination with key exhibition platforms, the role of the global credit insurance risk information database will be used to help companies develop diversified markets; Deepen the "Fujian Small and Micro Export Escort Action"; work closely with the Provincial Foreign Exchange Bureau to continue to deepen the development of insurance policy financing scenarios in the jurisdiction to help achieve financing facilitation; make better use of the integration of resources such as business and credit insurance big data, and continue to deepen the "single window" "Platform cooperation, using digitalization to empower foreign trade management.
It is understood that from January to May this year, China Credit Insurance Fujian Branch has supported international trade and investment in the jurisdiction exceeding US$10 billion.
