On the afternoon of August 24th, Li Fei, Assistant Minister of Commerce, and Siny, Deputy Minister of Commerce of Thailand, co-chaired the second meeting of the Trade and Investment Subcommittee of the China-Thailand Economic and Trade Joint Committee through video. The two sides focused on trade, investment, and infrastructure. A series of consensuses were reached through practical and friendly exchange of views on issues such as connectivity, local cooperation, multilateral and regional economic cooperation.


  The two sides stated that they should take the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Thailand as an opportunity to further improve the level of trade and investment cooperation, implement the RCEP agreement with high quality, promote the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0, and expand digital economy, green development and other fields Cooperation, maintain the stability and smoothness of the regional industrial chain supply chain, and promote regional prosperity and development.
