        Li Qiang visited Huizhong Pharmaceutical (Dalian) Co., Ltd. He personally observed the product packaging process, had in-depth communication with the person in charge of the enterprise, and fully understood the market development, enterprise management, and other situations.
        He hopes that the enterprise will continue to expand the types of products, expand the scale, strengthen the brand, and improve the quality, further consolidating the domestic market and expanding overseas markets.
        It is necessary to benchmark the international first-class process technology requirements, further improve the intelligence and digitization level of equipment, actively explore raw material substitution methods, and help the high-quality development of Dalian's pharmaceutical industry.
        At SK Hynix Dalian factory, Li Qiang went into the enterprise exhibition hall and clean production workshop to inspect the scientific and technological innovation, research and development investment, and other situations, and encouraged the enterprise to seize the development opportunities of Dalian's revitalization, further expand the investment in Dalian, attract and drive the gathering of upstream and downstream high-quality resources, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
        Li Qiang said that the Dalian Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government will continue to create a first-class business environment that is market-oriented, rule of law, and internationalized, provide full-element guarantee and life-long services for enterprises, and help enterprises deepen their roots in Dalian and continuously strengthen and grow.

Li Qiang visited the welding workshop and the assembly workshop of the enterprise, listened to the introduction of product research and development, technological transformation, market sales, etc., and asked about the problems that need the assistance of government departments to solve.
        He hopes that the enterprise will accelerate the launch of new products and new models, continuously improve the production capacity of the Dalian factory;

        The RCEP Service Center, located in the Dalian Free Trade Zone, provides "one-stop" precise services for foreign trade enterprises. Li Qiang inspected the operation of the RCEP Public Service Platform on the spot and listened to a report on the implementation of the free trade zone's strategy to enhance it.
        Li Qiang emphasized that we should connect with international high-standard economic and trade rules, base ourselves on the city's comparative advantages, take institutional innovation as the core, take opening up as the lead, strengthen the guarantee of elements and services, improve the open institutional system with the freeization and facilitation of investment and trade as the core, accelerate the construction of an open modern industrial system with a high level of scientific and technological innovation, strong leading and driving power, and prominent core competitiveness, and promote high-quality development through high-level opening up.
