On June 16, the Management Committee of Caofeidian Area of Hebei Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Management Committee of Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone held an online meeting on multi-faceted cooperation. At the meeting, the two sides discussed aspects such as joint innovation in the Tianjin-Hebei Free Trade Zone, complementary industrial chains, and further deepening cooperation measures. Comrade Zhu Changcun said that combining the functional positioning of the pilot free trade zones of the two parties, implementing differentiated experiments to achieve the goal of joint development will effectively play a new round of demonstration and leading role of the pilot free trade zones in the Tianjin-Hebei region. Comrade Xu Jianqiang said that strengthening the coordinated development of Tianjin and Hebei is conducive to realizing the complementary advantages of the two places, forming a coordinated development pattern of joint construction and sharing, and realizing high-quality integrated development of the Tianjin and Hebei region.
In the next step, the Management Committee of Caofeidian Area and the Management Committee of Tianjin Free Trade Zone will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, expand cooperation areas, adhere to innovation-driven, and continue to cooperate in attracting investment and collaborative innovation and development.
