Product Description

PEI (ULTEM) filament for FDM 3D printers with excellent heat resistance.

PEI (ULTEM™) is a super engineering plastic with extremely excellent properties, and has excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, strength, flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), and low smoke emission. In particular, with regard to thermal stability, it can be used continuously in a high-temperature usage environment so that the deflection temperature under load at 200 ° C or higher shows 170 ° C or higher at the long-term operating temperature of UL. As for mechanical strength, there is little decrease at high temperatures, and it boasts the highest level of strength as a thermoplastic resin. In addition, 3D printers have the feature of being less warped than PEEK. We have a lineup of "1010-1000" and "9085-1100", which are widely used among ULTEM ™ resins as filaments for 3D printers, and weigh 100g and 500g. In addition, because it uses a heat-resistant bobbin with excellent heat resistance, it is possible to dry the filament at high temperature while it is wound around the bobbin.

Printing conditions (recommended)

Extruder temperature : 370~390℃ ULTEM1010-1000, 360~380℃ ULTEM9085-1100

Drying condition : 150℃ 6hours ULTEM1010-1000, 130℃ 6hours ULTEM9085-1100
