ZD-MC intelligent Reactive power compensation controller:ZD-MC


We design the software by ourselvs, so we can supply kinds of requirement for our clients.

ZD-MC reactive power compensation controller is suitable for AC 0.4kv(usually), 50HZ/60HZ low-voltage distribution system. It can control kinds of switching mode( thyristor switch, compound switch, synchronous switch).
ZD-MC have 2 compensation mode, 3 Phase compensation and single-phase compensation mode.
Controller adopted to GB-T9663-2013 standard.

Main function

Precise Measurement. 

Can measure parametres such as 3 phase current,3 phase voltage, 3 phase split-phase active power, 3 phase split-phase reactive power, 3 phase split-phase power factor, total voltage harmonic distortion rate, and total current harmonic distortion rate etc. 

 • Power Compenastion. 

ZD-MC Controller support reactive power compensation based on precise measurement. Advantages: Optional for manual switching or automatic switching mode/Rapid response/accurate control/capacitance steps, capacitance capacity free setting/sampling physical quantity for reactive power, no switching shock, no compensation dead zone/control output applied to thyristor switch, compound switch, synchronous switch etc.

•Balanced capacitor switching function. 

Capacitor bank switching controller adopts combination method of code and cycle switching.                                                                                                 •protection.multi hardware protection such as self-test function, under/over-voltage protection and under/over-current protection to confirm equipment operate stably 

•Touched LCD Display.

Display  main parameters of  power grid, capacitor switching status, working status and fault warning in real time                                                                 •Pre-set function. Can set paramters such as current transformer ratio,voltage transofromer ratio, over voltage protection,under voltage protection,THDU protection,THDI protection,target power factor,switch  threshold,switch delay,protection delay,groups,capacitor bank No,address for communication terminal,communicaiton rate,teminal password,swtich mode,  working time  etc. 

•Communication RS485 interface, standard MODBUS communication agreement, computer remote monitoring, history recording function 

1).(optional) communicate with PC or internet. 

2). establish reactive power compensation system internet by communicate to intelligent capacitance module .

 •Automatic networking function of capacitor modules:

 When the controller and smart capacitor modules power on, the controller can detect the number of intelligent capacitor modules for networking, and automatically allocate addresses, read information and display the reactive capacity of each capacitor.
