On April 26, 2023, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang visited Xi'an International Port Area and attended the 10th anniversary of the China-Europe Railway Express "Belt and Road" with the foreign ministers of the five Central Asian countries attending the fourth China-Central Asia Foreign Ministers' Meeting. Goods from countries along the "Belt and Road" and 29 domestic provinces are collected and distributed here. In order to deepen cooperation between China and Central Asia, and promote two-way Logistics smoothness plays an important role. The core indicators of Changan, such as operating volume, cargo volume, and heavy container rate, have been among the top in the country year after year. In the first quarter of this year, more than 1,100 Chang'an cruises were operated, a year-on-year increase of 40%. In 2022, a total of 4,639 trains will be operated, a year-on-year increase of more than 20%, and the total weight of goods transported will exceed 4 million tons, a year-on-year increase of more than 43%.

This Xi'an-Central Asia special train carries more than 260 complete BYD new energy vehicles manufactured in Xi'an, and is expected to arrive in Tashkent within 12 days.
