On March 7, Lv Furong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Government Service and Public Resource Trading Service Center, led a team to the South Sichuan Port Area of the Free Trade Zone to investigate and integrate reforms and innovations to boost high-quality development. Lv Furong listened to the report on the construction of the South Sichuan Port Area of the Free Trade Zone, inspected the government service work on the spot, and inquired in detail about the work situation in terms of integrated reform and innovation, optimization of government services, rapid project approval, and implementation of corporate bailouts. The achievements made since the superposition of the "three areas" of the free trade zone, the comprehensive bonded area, and the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area are fully affirmed.               

Lv Furong pointed out that firstly, it is necessary to further sort out the demand list of the entire life cycle of enterprise development and the whole process of major investment project construction in the park, and in accordance with the requirements of "one park, one policy", prescribe the right medicine, implement precise policies, promote the decentralization of high-frequency matters, and solve the park's administrative affairs. Serve the "last mile" problem and realize the goal of doing business in the park without leaving the park; secondly, to further explore the reform pilot tasks and path measures, promote the optimization of the whole chain of approval, the whole process of fair supervision, the whole cycle of service improvement, and carry out innovative pilot projects , to form a series of institutional innovations that can be replicated and promoted; the third is to further focus on the standardization, standardization, and facilitation of the government service agencies in the park, promote the implementation of the empowerment of matters to be effective, improve the supervision during and after the event, and promote and establish the separation of review and reform. Related work, continuously optimize the business environment, and boost the high-quality economic development of the park.
