On the afternoon of December 30th, the Free Trade Zone of Chuan Nan Port Area held the third event of the "Free Trade Lecture Hall" in 2025, focusing on the theme of "Leveraging the Overlapping Advantages of Open Platforms to Empower High-Quality Development of the Open Economy". The event systematically reviewed the progress of the area's work in terms of institutional innovation, channel construction, and industrial development. The key interpretation focused on how to use the "overlapping advantages" of multiple national platforms, such as the Free Trade Pilot Zone, the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and the Cross-border E-commerce Pilot Zone, to enable enterprises to "enter", goods to "clear quickly", and funds to "flow smoothly". Through vivid case studies, it demonstrated how to solve pain points and blockages in enterprises' customs clearance, logistics, financing, etc., through institutional integration and innovation, providing clear policy recommendations for the area's next step in the integrated innovation of the entire industrial chain.

After the training, the participants unanimously agreed that the teaching content was detailed, focused on key points, and highly guiding, which further deepened the understanding and grasp of the national open platform in Luzhou. Everyone expressed that they would fully absorb and apply the learning results, actively promote the conversion of the superposition advantages of the platform into real development momentum, focus on doing a good job in the "second half" of reform, continuously help the park to be "full of gardens and full of production", and contribute more power to the high-quality development of the city's foreign-oriented economy.
