In order to strengthen the legal training of state organ staff, combined with the implementation of the "Key Points of the Work of the Legal Government Construction of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce in 2025", our department held a special training meeting on the rule of law on the afternoon of December 15. Deputy Director Meng Xiaoliang attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Representatives from various departments of the organ and affiliated units, totaling more than 40 people, participated in the meeting.

　　Deputy Director Meng Xiaoliang put forward two points of view on how to do a good job in the work of administrative governance according to law in this department:First,deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on rule of law, and continuously improve the legal awareness and legal thinking of civil servants in the organ. It is necessary to learn and use well the "Selected Works on Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law" Volume I, "Study Outline of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law (2025 Edition)", and create a good atmosphere of respecting, learning, abiding by, and using the law together.Second,handle affairs according to law, regulations, and procedures, and promote the work of administrative governance according to law in our department to achieve new results. The handling departments should implement the main responsibility, strictly implement the relevant regulations and procedures; the relevant functional departments should improve the work guidance, strengthen the guidance and training, and strictly control the meeting review.
