The "Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Royal Government of Cambodia" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") has come into effect on January 1, 2022. According to the arrangement of the "Agreement", the proportion of zero-tariff product tax items in the trade of goods of both parties will reach more than 90%, and the two parties will also strengthen cooperation in the fields of service trade, investment, "Belt and Road" initiative, e-commerce, economic technology and other fields. China and Cambodia will actively promote the implementation of the "Agreement", so that the results can fully benefit the enterprises and people of the two countries.
