On April 11, the "RCEP Agreement Helps Enterprises Integrate into the RCEP Market" special training session was held in Airport New City, where the interpretation and utilization of the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP) policy was presented, aiming to enhance the government's precise service to enterprises , guide enterprises to implement the new development concept, and actively integrate into the new development pattern.
The training session was sponsored by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce (Provincial Free Trade Office) and undertaken by Airport New City. Zhai Beiqin, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce and deputy director of the Free Trade Office, presided over and delivered a speech.

Zhai Beiqin said in his speech that the effective implementation of RCEP can promote regional economic growth and improve the regional business environment, which is conducive to stabilizing foreign trade and foreign investment in the province and building a new development pattern. It is hoped that the Airport New City Functional Zone will continue to give full play to the superimposed advantages of airport, free trade, bonded, cross-border, ports, and aviation rights, actively innovate and explore, carry out targeted research on RCEP rules, and help enterprises expand the scale and level of investment and trade.

Chen Ning, the former first-level inspector of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Commerce, the first counselor of the Cooperation and Exchange Office of the Mission to the African Union, and the Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy in Zimbabwe was specially invited to give special lectures at the training meeting. He made an in-depth and detailed interpretation of RCEP, saying that RCEP is a comprehensive, modern, high-quality, inclusive and mutually beneficial free trade agreement, covering nearly 1/3 of the global population, total GDP and trade volume. Level and foreign trade have brought new opportunities and injected strong impetus into regional economic integration. Relevant departments should have an in-depth understanding and mastery of RCEP rules, so as to better help enterprises make good use of preferential policies such as tariff reductions and exemptions, actively integrate into the RCEP open market, properly respond to competitive pressures and risk challenges, and achieve high-quality development.
