Zhai Beiqin said in his speech that the establishment of the RCEP Enterprise Service Center in Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Zone is a concrete measure to actively connect with RCEP economic and trade rules and standards, comprehensively promote high-level opening up, and integrate into the new development pattern. It will be conducive to promoting a more complete cooperation mechanism with RCEP member countries, freer flow of factors, more efficient resource allocation, and deeper market integration, effectively guiding and encouraging foreign economic and trade enterprises to expand the RCEP economic and trade cooperation circle of friends, enhance participation in international market competitiveness, and accelerate The pace of transformation and upgrading.
