Fujian will strengthen the work of attracting investment and achieve new growth in the scale of attracting investment. According to the "Opinions on Further Strengthening Investment Promotion Work" issued by the Fujian Provincial People's Government on the 13th, from 2023 to 2025, the total number of contracted projects for major investment promotion activities at the provincial level in Fujian will exceed 300, with a total investment of more than 800 billion yuan. There are 8,000 new contracted foreign investment projects in the province, and the contracted foreign investment amount exceeds 300 billion yuan. In three years, strive to add 2 million new market entities in the province.
Fujian's investment promotion will focus on the digital economy, marine economy, green economy, cultural tourism economy and key industrial fields, and accelerate the future industrial layout; increase the investment projects with strong industrial correlation and significant agglomeration, and form a new economic growth pole. From 2023 to 2025, Fujian will introduce 150 projects of more than 1 billion yuan, 30 projects of more than 5 billion yuan, and 10 projects of more than 10 billion yuan; strive to introduce a total of 240 projects of the world's top 500 by 2025.
Every year, the China International Investment and Trade Fair, the Digital China Construction Summit, the Private Enterprise Industry Project Fair, the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Expo and the Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Fair are held in various parts of Fujian. Fujian will promote the investment promotion of carrier parks, improve the level of investment liberalization and facilitation, and enhance the attractiveness of various types of capital; promote various development zones to accelerate the "vacation of cages and birds", revitalize the stock and introduce incremental growth, and support the expansion of characteristic industries and "chain "main" enterprises; speed up the construction of the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Innovation Development Demonstration Park and the China-Philippines Economic and Trade Innovation Development Demonstration Park, and promote the deep docking of industries between the two sides.
