The fullerene research and development center project is an important industrial layout of Dongxing (Dalian) Health Industry Group in our district, with a total investment of 100 million yuan and a planned construction area of 13,000 square meters. A 100,000-level laboratory, 2 large-scale physical and chemical laboratories, and a 7,000-square-meter clean production area will build an integrated transformation platform for production, learning, and research, and form a new type III and type II medical device, medical beauty products, and new raw material research and development and application Demonstration base. After the project is completed, it will attract upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain of medical devices and medical beauty products to gather together by giving play to the leading role of scientific and technological research and development, creating a new highland for open and cooperative medical products, and adding important new momentum to the life and health industry in the area.
In the next step, the Dalian Free Trade Zone will actively carry out industrial transformation and upgrading, system and mechanism innovation, opening up and cooperation in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt High-Quality Development Plan", and adhere to scientific and technological innovation to empower the development of life and health industries.
