Incentives for volume purchases
In the first paragraph of Article 6, "encourage enterprises to participate in the national procurement with quantity, and for the varieties that participate in the national centralized procurement of medicine and equipment with quantity, a reward of up to 3 million yuan will be given according to 3% of the actual sales at the bid-winning unit price." The national collection of varieties will be rewarded on an annual basis, and the cumulative maximum reward for a single variety will be 3 million yuan.
Example: An enterprise won the bid for the seventh batch of national centralized procurement of variety A, and agreed on the purchase volume for three years. The actual sales of this variety in the first year were 20 million yuan, 50 million yuan in the second year, and 60 million yuan in the third year. ten thousand yuan.
