China Tea Liushan (Fengqing) Tea Co., Ltd. hereinafter referred to as China Tea (Fengqing) or the Company, is controlled by China Tea Co., Ltd., one of the 18 specialized companies of COFCO. The Company was established on March 12, 2019, through equity cooperation with Yunnan Six-Famous-Tea-Mountain Tea Industry Inc. It is one of the municipal leading enterprises of Lincang City, a key scale enterprise of Fengqing County, and the vice chairman of Fengqing Dianhong Industrial Association. With national sales channels, the Company is mainly responsible for production, processing and sales of Yunnan black tea, Yunnan Pu'er tea, Yunnan green tea and other Yunnan tea products.
The Company covers an area of nearly 80 mu (approx.5.33 hectares) and is constructed through three phases. Covering an area of 50 mu (approx.3.33 hectares), the first and second phases have been completed and put into operation. The two phases include the main plant with a building area of more than 9,826.76 square meters and the auxiliary warehouse with a building area of more than 3,667.85 square meters. With industry-leading production and inspection equipment, the operated plant has an annual productivity of more than 1,000 tons. It has obtained the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, HACCP, ISO22000, ISO45001, Safety Production Standardization level 3, etc., effectively ensuring product quality and providing safe and secure products for consumers. Through franchised distribution network, the Company opened more than 100 franchised stores and in-store sales counters and has been constantly improving development and coverage of its domestic sales network, hence establishment of an effective “production, supply and-sales” system.
