For applications such as permits for boarding and disembarking foreign ships, the time limit for completing the application within 5 working days is shortened to the same day, and the application is completed on the spot, and through online declaration, more than 60 Chinese and foreign seafarers will go through the port entry procedures in advance, shortening the time limit to the greatest extent.
