On May 31, in the warehouse of Pingtan Cross-border E-commerce Park, workers were busy preparing for the "618" campaign. It is understood that in 2022, the scale of cross-border e-commerce transactions in Pingtan will be 10.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20%. Behind the data growth, Pingtan was approved as the 10th cross-border e-commerce bonded import pilot city in 2015.

According to statistics, in 2022, "Taipei Express" will operate a total of 144 round-trip voyages, and the total import and export container volume will exceed 40,000. The operation of the "Taipei Express" has opened up a new maritime channel for cross-strait business cooperation, and is of great significance to promoting cross-strait economic, social, and cultural exchanges and cooperation at multiple levels and in a wide range of fields.

"The company is planning to add an offline public storage warehouse and bonded warehouse. It hopes to attract more customers by adding these logistics facilities, and also looks forward to the new business format landing in Pingtan." Gan Zexuan said.
