The ten typical cases jointly released this time combine the intellectual property trial practice of the courts of the Sichuan-Chongqing Free Trade Zone, covering crimes of counterfeiting registered trademarks, maliciously filing intellectual property litigation, commercial defamation, trade secrets, technical service contracts and other fields.
At the meeting, the Court of Liangjiang New District (Free Trade Zone) released the "White Paper on Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in 2022" (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper"). The "White Paper" embodies the method, focus and effectiveness of the judicial protection of intellectual property rights of the courts of Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone). This year is the fourth consecutive year that the courts of Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone) have issued the "White Paper".
The "White Paper" shows that in 2022, the courts of Liangjiang New District (Free Trade Zone) will accept a total of 7,162 first-instance intellectual property civil and administrative cases, 5,928 new cases will be accepted, and 6,747 cases will be concluded. Judges closed 750 cases per capita.
