A few days ago, the Dalian Free Trade Zone held the "Talent and Employment Training" enterprise salon activity to explain the policies related to talent and employment training to some key enterprises in the area, and conducted discussions on the application of policies and other aspects. The event was jointly organized by the District Party-Mass Work Department, the First Bureau of System Innovation, and the Economic Development Bureau, and invited the deputy director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the New District, the relevant persons in charge of the Employment Training Section and the Talent Section, as well as Dongfeng Nissan Dalian Branch and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. Representatives from 14 companies including Dalian Branch of Co., Ltd., Dalian Taixing Energy Co., Ltd., and Dalian Toshiba Locomotive Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. participated.

        At the meeting, the relevant staff of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the New District interpreted the Jinpu New District's policies to benefit enterprises in terms of talents and employment training, focusing on the key policies for gathering talents, the selection of Jinpu craftsmen, the application for independent evaluation and identification of enterprise talents, and vocational skills training. Provide key explanations to provide policy guidance for enterprises to accurately attract talents and cultivate high-skilled talents. Representatives of participating companies discussed and exchanged ideas on the actual problems encountered in recruitment, talent training, housing subsidies, and talent apartment applications, and put forward work suggestions.
        In the next step, based on the needs of enterprises, the Dalian Free Trade Zone will take various measures to further increase service enterprises, provide precise policy guidance for enterprises to attract and use talents and retain talents, and introduce more measures to facilitate enterprises to benefit enterprises and talents, creating an environment for attracting talents.
