During the same period, the import and export of bonded logistics was 73.56 billion yuan, an increase of 31.6%; the import and export of processing trade was 71.33 billion yuan, a decrease of 29.6%, accounting for 8.9%.
Private enterprises led the growth. In the first five months, the import and export of private enterprises in Fujian Province was 463.81 billion yuan, an increase of 16.5%, accounting for 57.7% of the total value of foreign trade import and export of Fujian Province during the same period. During the same period, the import and export of state-owned enterprises was 184 billion yuan, an increase of 10.3%; the import and export of foreign-invested enterprises was 155.1 billion yuan, a decrease of 15.5%.
Good momentum towards ASEAN and EU. In the first five months, Fujian's import and export to ASEAN was 175.75 billion yuan, an increase of 13.9%; the import and export to the EU was 101.39 billion yuan, an increase of 12.3%; the import and export to the United States was 97.83 billion yuan, a decrease of 6.8%. The above three together accounted for 46.7% of the total import and export value of Fujian Province during the same period. During the same period, the import and export to countries along the “Belt and Road” was 316.68 billion yuan, an increase of 16.1%; the import and export to RCEP trading partners was 282.43 billion yuan, an increase of 13%.
The import and export of electromechanical products maintained growth. In the first five months, the export of mechanical and electrical products in Fujian Province was 202.86 billion yuan, an increase of 23.2%, accounting for 42.9% of the total value of Fujian's foreign trade exports during the same period. Among them, the export of lithium-ion batteries increased by 135.5%; the export of automatic data processing equipment and its parts increased by 7%. During the same period, the export of labor-intensive products was 136.9 billion yuan, down 2.2%; the export of agricultural products was 32.75 billion yuan, down 7.3%, accounting for 6.9%.
Commodity imports were mixed. In the first 5 months, the import volume of iron ore, coal and crude oil in Fujian Province increased and the price fell. The imports were 48.169 million, 42.701 million and 10.068 million tons respectively, which increased by 43.5%, 139.6% and 53.1% respectively, and the average import price fell by 9.2% respectively. , 5.7%, and 12.8%; copper ore and natural gas imports increased in price, with imports of 1.85 million tons and 1.045 million tons respectively, an increase of 18.5% and 28.8% respectively, and the average import price rose by 0.2% and 49.4% respectively.
