CCPIT releases "Guidelines for Business Application of Free Trade Agreements" series

On January 16, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade held the release ceremony of the "Free Trade Agreement Business Application Guide" in Beijing, and officially released the "Free Trade Agreement Business Application Guide" series of books. According to reports, in order to improve the utilization rate of my country's free trade agreements, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade organized experts from various parties to compile a series of books called "Guidelines for Business Application of Free Trade Agreements". The series consists of 16 volumes, covering all the free trade agreements that my country has signed and come into force so far, from the China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.

  Zhang Shenfeng, vice chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, said that the promotion and implementation of free trade agreements is an important responsibility of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and it is also the most direct and effective means to help companies expand foreign trade and investment cooperation. The series adheres to the principles of practicality and ease of use, and systematically introduces the usage methods and detailed rules of their respective trade agreements through the combination of rule interpretation, trend research and judgment, and case analysis.   It is understood that at present, my country has signed 19 free trade agreements and 1 preferential trade arrangement, involving most of my country's trade and investment partners, covering 35% of my country's trade in goods, one-third of service trade and about 80% of two-way trade invest. The market access arrangements and rules and regulations contained in free trade agreements have gradually become the business principles that Chinese enterprises must master and follow to carry out international operations.
