The Fourth Joint Committee of the China-Korea Free Trade Agreement Solicits Comments

The "China-Korea Free Trade Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") was signed in June 2015 and came into force and implemented in December of the same year. According to the "Agreement" and after consultations between the two parties, the fourth joint committee meeting of the "Agreement" is planned to be held in the near future. At that time, the two sides will comprehensively evaluate the implementation of the "Agreement", and exchange views on problems and solutions in the implementation process.


  In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the communication between the two sides during this joint committee, if relevant domestic departments, localities, business associations, enterprises and Chinese citizens encounter relevant problems in the process of carrying out trade, investment and economic and technological cooperation with South Korea, or have relevant opinions and suggestions, please provide relevant written materials to the International Department of the Ministry of Commerce before January 14, 2022.
