Photonica is an international professional exhibition for the laser and optoelectronic industry in Moscow, Russia. It is co-sponsored by the Russian Laser Association, Moscow International Exhibition Center and Messe Munich. The exhibition has been held annually since 2006 and has been successfully held for 12 years. Photonica is the largest optoelectronic exhibition in Russia, second only to Photonica Munich, Germany, and has become the second largest optoelectronic exhibition in Europe. It has passed the UFI certification of the International Exhibition Union. Since its inception, the exhibition has received strong support from the Belarusian State Science and Technology Committee, the European International Optical Association, the German Industrial Technology Association, the Russian Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Moscow City Government.

Photonica focuses on displaying a full range of product content covering four major sectors: lasers and optoelectronics, optics and optical manufacturing, laser production and processing technology, imaging, inspection and quality control. It is an industry exhibition not to be missed.

In the last session, 149 companies from 12 countries including the United States, Germany, China, Denmark, and the Netherlands participated in the exhibition, attracting a total of 8,500 professional visitors from all over the world. The thematic conference held at the same time focused on the three major topics of optoelectronic development, optoelectronic control and project management, and optoelectronic safety technology, attracting many internationally renowned experts and researchers to participate.
