Exhibition introduction
South Africa is the most economically developed country in Africa, with a high level of economic development, good infrastructure and rich resources. Its GDP and foreign trade volume both rank first in Africa. From a worldwide perspective, it is a combination of developed countries and developing countries. Due to historical reasons, South Africa has the unique characteristics of coexistence of black and white markets. In 2001, South Africa imported more than 50 million pairs of shoes, with a textile import value of 5.2 billion rand. South Africa is the largest importer of China's products in Africa, and also the window and transit station for China's exports to southern Africa. Cape Town International Footwear, Textile and Garment Fair is the only and most professional footwear and textile trade fair in South Africa, which is only open to professional visitors.
