Low voltage SVC automatic reactive power compensation device with Thyristor switch

ZD-DWT device is suitable to low voltage system (220V-1000V)of low power factor and harmonic pollution. The main function are  reactive power compensation harmonic depression . ZD-DWT series  adopts structure and on-off to track load variety automatically according to load characteristic and changing condition. It can remove harmonic and keep the system power factor at the best state anytime. The equipment can be found widely used among numerous machine where load changes greatly including electric welding machine, injection molding machine, rolling mill and air compressor.
The device is consisted of controller, tryristor, capacitors and reactors. The core of controller adopts DSP,  which can analyze and calculate of electric system data sampling, and create control instruction of capacitor switch, then reach target power factor. 

Module design technology. It is composed of ZD-MTK modules with intelligent reactive power compensation function.

ZD-MTK Module for ZD-DWT Series.

ZD-MTK module is mainly composed of capacitors, reactors,Tryristor ,matched trigger circuit and high enjecting break fuse . Module can switch capacitor,suppress and filter harmonic. Make sure switching on when zero-crossing voltage, switching off when zero-crossing current,and ensure no ARC occur.
